The hotel is in a great location, near the buzzing Sunny Beach but also quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Rooms are very nice and very clean with good air conditioning, though a bit worn around the edges in some areas. The breakfast is typical Bulgarian. The service was a mix of polite and rude interactions. The location is perfect for both beach access and tranquility, despite some challenges with sunbed availability. The dining experience offers a good variety, though with some limitations. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.

The service was hit and miss, with some staff members being exceptionally friendly while others lacked warmth. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach, but there were some issues with saving sunbeds. The dining options were a bit limited for my taste, although the fresh orange juice was a standout. Overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
