The hotel is in a great location, near the buzzing Sunny Beach but also quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Rooms are very nice and very clean with good air conditioning, though a bit worn around the edges in some areas. The breakfast is typical Bulgarian. The service was a mix of polite and rude interactions. The location is perfect for both beach access and tranquility, despite some challenges with sunbed availability. The dining experience offers a good variety, though with some limitations. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and reasonably clean, but some aspects felt cheaply furnished. The service was hit and miss, with some staff members being exceptionally friendly while others lacked warmth. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach, but there were some issues with saving sunbeds. The dining options were a bit limited for my taste, although the fresh orange juice was a standout. Overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
